This site is hosted on 3R Computer Systems Inc's "Raaspi" Ecommerce solution platform. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
 
Your data is stored through 3R Ecommerce data storage, databases and the general Raaspi application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall provided by Red Hat Open Shift Online.
 
 
Payment:
 
If you choose a direct payment gateway like Paypal to complete your purchase, you seamlessly leave this site and then Paypal process your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Communication of payment process request and response between this site and Paypal is also via ssl which uses encryption. 
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover.
 
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our site and its service providers.

The following is specific to Shopify App  raaspiBackOffice or similar application where Raaspi created site is used as backoffice and data is imported.

raaspiBackOffice App Privacy Policy

raaspiBackOffice "the App” provides back office functions "the Service" to merchants who use Shopify to power their stores or import data from another site. This Privacy Policy describes how personal information is collected, used, and shared when you install or use the App in connection with your Shopify-supported store.

Personal Information the App Collects

When you install the App, it is able to access certain types of information from your Shopify account:

We use shopify REST API for read_products, read_customers, read_orders (upto last 60 days), read_inventory and store shop data for contact information.

You may import other data but it is done under your control.

However this information is available to your back office site only. In extreme cases, we can access the information, but our policy dictates that we do that at your request and permission only.

We do not access any information via any other method besides using the API.

How Do We Use Your Personal Information?

We do not use your personal Information except for the email address which is used to communicate with you during App install. After install, communication is normally done via shopify.

Sharing Your Personal Information

We do not share the personal information with anyone. You control whether to enable or share what information with third party services like Facebook, google or Paypal 

Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

 

If you are a European resident, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us through the contact information below.

Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that the App will be syncing data between the store and the back office site. Additionally, please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States.

Data Retention . You are in control. We may inform you to limit the size if it becomes excessive.

Changes. We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
