4. Base functions which are typically needed and set up are
a. How to Add/List/Report items/services, customers/membeships, vendor/suppliers and employee/commitee members. Use Setup-Import CSV
facility to import existing data. The existing data need to exist as CSV data.
There are two options to import existing csv data, one is to use Import button shown under List for entities like Customer, Vendor, employee, account etc and
the other option is to use Setup/ImportCSV which is more flexible but complex and now available for Customer and Account only.
5.Specific cases may include functions like
a. Customize menu and field labels.
b. Customize shipping, Tax rates in op tions and Rate table
c. Demonstrate the order processing and POS flow
d. Demonstrate EMail marketing, SEO process and using Social media
