Repair/Update restricted fields 

There are fields whose contents are system maintained and to maintain system integrity are not editable.

But there could be situations where they need some editing and RAASPI allows that in a controlled manner.

The following describes the process:

Step 1. We need a backoffice user with SysAdmin role ie Alevel as S(ystem) and Blevel as H(igh). If it does not exist then create one. We recommend creating one as needed and delete after use.

Step 2. SysAdmin needs to create a new user with Alevel E anf Blevel H. This user can access restricted fields and carry out data repair but all the changes are logged.

Step3 The Data Repair  user could be from out side the organization and can be a reseller and can access from remote.. The user record should be removed once the work is done.
