Q1.Why do we need another solution, when there are so many good solutions in the market.

A. There are two main reasons:

     One. We provide web presence ie both front and back end functions. Front end for the visitors to see and use. The back end functions are for you to use and help running your operation. We include integrated accounting, sales to supply management. There are about 150+ menu items. This should help you getting rid of many addon Apps you are using now and save time and money.

     Two. Very competitive price. We use a well thought and comprehensive laid out workflow model and a new technology approach allowing reusing of functions for multiple type of applications. 

Q2. Can I have my site under my domain instead of xxx.raaspi.com

A. Of course you can have your site as xxx.com and still using our turn key workflow solution. You should contact us, but first look into custom domain.  

Q3. Where do I find more information about how to use this web app?

A. There are help guide and blogs  with search and Tree view options.

Q4. Coupon Redeem questions

I redeemed the coupon but nothing happens.

-If you used https://www.raaspi.com/redeem.wflow to redeem , you should have seen a success message with instruction to continue to create your web site. If you did not see the message or did not create the site, you can try the redeem link again but follow the step2b instructions shown on the bottom of the page.

Q5. How the site looks  questions

One click site create worked but the pages need changes to suit my needs.

-It is expected that the default content and the theme used will need changes. Simple and easy changes can be done using Quick Site Edit  and more elaborate changes can be done using site customization under Setups menu.

They allow using the HTML editor and also to load content from built-in Themes. You can upload new images to replace the default ones.
